It's colorless and tasteless and it's oil-based. I like that this dual vitamin helps with my back muscles aches. It may helps with my joint but I have noticed anything yet for my joint aches. I have only been taking it foe 3 days. I take at night before I go to sleep.

NOT SURE WHAT i SAID THAT WAS WRONG BUT I LOVE THIS PRODUCT AND PURCHASED IT SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST YEAR. MY D LEVELS WERE HORRIBLE. I HAVE MCAS AND POTS SO I HAD TO START WITH ONLY ONE DROP. NOW I'M UP TO FULL DOSE AND MY D LEVELS ARE GREAT! MUCH BETTER THAN MY HUSBAND'S WHO IS ON A DIFFERENT "high quality" D3/K2 SUPPLEMENT. I NOW ORDERED ANOTHER 5 BOTTLES AND SWITCH BOTH MY DAD AND HUSBAND TO THIS BRAND.

Taste awful. Has to be followed by a drink or mixed with something. Not the best I’ve ever had.

Good combo of D3 & K2
D3 & K2 are supposed to be good for bone health. I like that this is from a well-known brand and that it doesn't provide a "mega-dose". Since it's liquid you can fine tune the dosage as desired, and it doesn't have an objectionable taste. Highly recommended.

Clean product that is easy to take.
When I realized all the additives that were in the pill forms for vitamins and supplements I removed them from my consumption. The ingredients list for this product meets my requirements and it is now added to my daily plan. It is easy to use and I am very happy with the product.
