So good!
I've got to agree with other reviewers, concerning the quality of these berries; they're the best ones I've purchased so far. They're not clumped together, which is a win, as far as I'm concerned. Though they're completely dried, they do plump up nicely in any liquid base. I really enjoy the taste of cranberries, and these Goji berries have a similar taste to me (the whole sweet and tart combo), so I load up the morning oatmeal with these guys and it's reminiscent of an oatmeal cranberry cookie, at least to me. Yum. Gojo berries are high in several nutrients, and they're purported to aid people who may be experiencing blurry vision issues...at least that's been documented in some studies out there. Though my vision is fine, why not give it a little help, right? I did read that people on high BP meds should do some further research because Goji berries can affect those meds. At any rate: goid price, great non-clumpy product, and a happy camper here.

Not bad
The flavor takes some getting used to, but these aren’t bad. Kinda taste like dried sour candy.

Good for eye health
These are priced very reasonably and taste great. Having a two pack available makes it so I don't have to order them too often. I was trying to find something other than the eye health vitamins, that made me queasy, to get the nutrition needed for prevention of macular degeneration. Goji berries were recommended in my search. They are not too sweet, are chewy and satisfying.

Important First-Time Use Warnings — Please Read Before Trying
I wanted to share my experience so others can use some caution when consuming goji berries. Social media often makes it look like you can eat or drink them like candy or grapes—but that’s not the case. If you’re using goji berries for the first time, especially as a tea, start with a very small amount (1 teaspoon or less is even better). Steep them for only a couple of minutes. I know there are videos of people boiling or steeping them for 20 minutes or even overnight, but I would strongly advise against that, as longer steeping can release more of the active compounds. For your first time, do not eat the berries from the tea. I know many people claim they snack on them all day, but that’s not something I’d recommend when you’re just starting out. Also, do not drink this tea on an empty stomach. Have something light first—toast, oatmeal, dry crackers, or whatever you have on hand. It’s also important to check whether you’re sensitive or allergic to plants in the nightshade family (like tomatoes). Even if you aren’t allergic—as I’m not—you can still experience side effects. Some things I wish were more openly discussed and that should make you rethink dosage and timing include: severe dry mouth (which can last for hours), mild tongue tingling, upset stomach, indigestion (including frequent burping), stomach cramping, a sensation of warmth in the GI area, nausea, and lightheadedness. These stomach-related symptoms are considered mild adverse reactions, but they can still be very uncomfortable and should not be ignored. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop drinking it immediately. Dump out whatever remains and do not ingest any more of the tea or berries. Drink cool water for the rest of the day to help your body flush out the active compounds. Give your body a day or two to reset before attempting again—if this is something you choose to do. Also keep in mind that the commonly referenced recommended daily amount of dried goji berries is 15–45 grams, as tolerated. This is important, as tolerance varies greatly from person to person, especially for first-time use. Please practice extra caution if you are taking blood thinners, blood pressure, or diabetes medications, as goji berries may interact with these. Additionally, if you make herbal mixes or concoctions with multiple ingredients, be cautious when combining goji berries with ginseng, ginkgo biloba, garlic, hawthorn, or licorice root, as these combinations may increase the risk of side effects or interactions. Packaging note: In regard to the packaging, mine arrived a little beat up. The goji berries were also in very large, solid clumps. I had to physically slam the bag against the countertop to break the berries apart from the solid mass. The main takeaway: practice caution and really listen to your body. Just because something is popular or “natural” doesn’t mean it’s harmless for everyone.
