The cap is great for the price I payed! I love the fact that you can change the shower flow and it is amazing if you have long hair it is so easy to clean and rinse. Also the cap itsef is flexible so you can adjust it as you want.

It worked for a few months and then was rusty

It is good product but i wish the head was bigger

I ordered a cheaper one with a fan to boost the water pressure but returned it cause it wasn't as advertised.This one was a great choice. It has a pressure regulating valve with the ON/STOP button.At first use, the pressure wasn't good, but when I replaced my old hose with the supplied one of larger diameter, the pressure increased by almost 30%.It comes with 2 additional filters and a metal strainer to stop the sand and debris from blocking the shower's holes.I highly recommend it if in doubt.
