I read a review on here that the seller did not send it and was worried. They ended up forgetting to send it so I contacted the seller and they payed for overnight two days shipping to get it to me on time. I wish they would've just sent it when I ordered it but they also resolved it. Product is perfect as described. Great laptop all around. I've had this same model at work for 3 plus years and it's fantastic that's why I got it for my personal.
