IdealBoost, Weight Loss Drink Mix Packets, Raspberry Peach, w/Hunger Blocking and Energy Blends, 30 Servings…

I'll start by saying I love IdealShake (by far my favorite of the meal replacement shakes I've tried). I thought this was going to be a winner, but YUCK. It tastes terrible. It may have some hunger blocking power but it just tastes so bad – I see other reviewers who think it was too sweet, but to me it just tasted bitter and had a vile aftertaste. I also thought by the name it would be pineapple & passion fruit, but the images are just pineapple and it tastes so bad I can't tell if it's supposed to have any passion fruit flavor or not.I purchased another brand as well, which was more expensive, but tastes great – so it's not that its impossible to make these 5 calorie "weight loss"/"hunger blocking" drink mixes taste good.EDIT: By adding about 3 oz (50 calories) of pineapple juice, the taste is massively improved. Just in case anyone else was looking for a solution (I presume you could do the same with the other flavors, adding a bit of a complimentary fruit juice). I bumped my review from 1 to 3 stars.EDIT 2: I bumped my review up to 5 stars because I discovered if I mix these with my tea + lemonade (which is my normal beverage of choice), I LOVE these. So bitter alone, but absolutely delicious mixed into other drinks. Go figure.

I love this so far!! It tastes great. I ordered the raspberry peach. I have been searching forever for a product that gives me energy without making me jittery this is it!! No heart palpitations, no tingling sensation, not jitter bugs!!! I am extremely sensitive to caffeine but for some reason this product works well with my body. It definitely decreases my appetite! My husband was eating fries and having a frappe and I wasn’t even tempted to try some. Usually I am! This is basically going to be my holy grail! If you’re on the fence about it, I say try it!

It has a lot of stimulant in it and that has defiantly messed with my sleeping schedule. The taste is OK but the after taste is what’s horrid. I won’t buy this again mostly because of the taste but I didn’t notice any difference on it and I’ve been taking it daily for a month.

I just purchased this for the first time. The peach mango flavor is really good. Overall I don't find a bothersome aftertaste. However, it is INCREDIBLY sweet. The instructions say 1 pkt to 16oz of water. When I made it the 1st time I followed the instructions & I could barely drink it. I primarily drink flavored water, no soda & no much juice. But when I am in a restaurant I will splurge on Sweet Tea. Like good southern sweet. So I know I'm not sensitive to sweet flavors... for me to say this is INCREDIBLY sweet is saying something. After the first few sips, I adding another 4 oz of water to dilute it... and it was still too sweet. This morning, I made my 2nd packet and I used 22oz of water ( the most my bottle would hold) and it's still really sweet. The peach/mango flavor didn't dilute much with the additional water. Next cup, I'm going to add even more water or add the powder to unsweetened tea to see if that helps cut the sweetness. The level of sweetness at 22oz of water still has me sipping it vs. drinking it.

Bought this product because I was using hydroxy cut but it gave me the jitters. This product didn’t work and it gave me an awful headache. The taste is okay; super sweet. Won’t be using this anymore. Waste of money.

I love this mix. It helps curb my appetite just about all day. However, it has gotten so expensive for 30 packet ($1.89 ea), I will not be buying it again. Company website is $39.99 which is still expensive but not as much. This use to be only around $20 when I first bought it over a year ago. Such ashame - I love the Peach Rashberry

I think these taste great but they did not curb my appetite at all which is what I was hoping for.

It has a great flavor, maybe a little bit too sweet so I just have to add a little more water. I feel a little more energized when I drink it but i hasn’t really help me with craving control, I also wish it wasn’t so expensive. It helps me drink more water by adding more flavor!
