I open flick through and stop at a page and each time there’s something that helps Thankyou I can tell the messages came from a hard place a hard place I’m at now but it’s comforting to know I’m not crazy and these feelings are normal emotions and a process towards healing.

Wanted to buy this book but way too expensive

This is not really a book, it's more a collection of positive affirmations. I was really disappointed. There is lots of blank spaces between the writing and the book is very thin. It's not worth your money.

Excellent quick read. Nice to sit with in the morning or evening and soak in the meaningful small poems and or sayings. Touches the heart
