The light has very good battery life time. With the snoot end off the light is very bright and concentrated beam with the magnifier. The light by itself is very good for overall coverage. The price is very good also for the light and snoot.

This powerful little video light has a wide, even beam with no hot spots. It has high/medium/low settings as well as a red light (fun for night dives to not scare the critters!). The ball joint adapter is easily removable and the screw hole is a standard 1/4” so you can switch to (your own) Y-S adapter if desired. It comes with a big 26650 5000 mAh battery so should last a good long time. Includes a charger and 2 spare O-rings. All in all, it’s a great light for the price. I will update this review in a few weeks after I dive with it.

Light didn't turn on. Battery does not charge. Even after using a different charger, battery doesn't charge. I thought it could be fully charged already. Inserted it in the flashlight. Nothing. Not very confident in their QA process. Returning this one.

I purchased this light to replace an older Archon video light that was not showing its age. Wanted a small light with enough lumens to use as a video light for my gopro, a focus light for my tg5, and if needed as a backup dive light. First use was on a blackwater dive in Riviera Beach, Florida and I was not disappointed. I primarily used it as focus light, using the lowest setting. This was my second blackwater dive and the pictures I was able to get this time were excellent thanks to this light. It really helped the tg5 focus on the smallest of creatures. When not filming I could also set it to its brightest setting and I never had to use my primary torch throughout the dive, which was almost 2 hours in length. Overall very impressed by the light for this price. It comes with everything you need, charger, cable, mounting ball, and extra orings. NiteScuba really has a good range of lights and accessories for underwater videography and photography.
