Very sturdy useful chair
Bought this chair for 22 year old man,easy to build,great information for building.Love the width of it,son found it very comfy.I bought this as a shower chair but the commode part will come in handy.The price is think is very reasonable,the seated part is padded lovely

My friend loves it but not for us
The wheels were very shiny meaning the chair could slip about even when locked. The middle removable cushion would slip out of position when seating the User making the seat uncomfortable. Immovable arm rests making transfer difficult. In an old house like ours it was quite wide which would make navigating narrow hallways quite difficult and it could not have accommodated the toilets as ours too tall. Lovely quality and may be good for others . Light but sturdy aluminium. I managed to look at one bought by friends, and saw the potential problems for us so stopped trying to find someone to help assemble it and thus could send it back.

Poor quality and zero warranty information
Broke within 2 months of buying it and no information on how to claim on the 3 month warranty

Wheels are not safe
When using on a tiled floor it is unsafe, when brakes are on, you can still move the chair. The chair is very light. When using the commode the hole is too small, when the user wants to clean themselves. We shall be giving ours to a charity shop and buy a new one that is more sturdy and much more like a toilet.

Well made does the job
This is well built with aluminium and plastic so lightweight but strong.Even though I spent all my working life in the engineering industry it took an hour to assemble. It comes dismantled as a flat back.

Some people will struggle to assemble this.
My husband used to be a self employed handyman so putting this together should have been very easy.The instructions are very poor and certain connecting lugs on the rails are too tight. He had to get his mole grips to pull the lugs into the holes as it was impossible by hand. He was very frustrated by the whole process but when he finally got it together it works fine.
