This is a lovely, quiet rocker, grandbaby approved!Pros:Quiet, smooth, cozy, nice rocking range. Easy to get in and out of.Fabric is soft, velvety, and I love the rich color.Comfortable. Seat cushion is 3", back cushion is 3", increases to 4" at headrest.Armrest are padded for comfort.My husband and I sit in it comfortably. He is 5"8 and 143 lbs. and I'm 5'2 and 135 lbs. He has hip problems, and I have had 3 back surgeries - so we both need our furniture to be comfortable. Note to short people like me, I can rock and both feet are flat on the floor.The footrest also rocks and comes completely assembled.Chair assembly took less than an hour. I noticed later the arm rest wasn't firmly attached. but that was due to my husband missing the screws that were supposed to be there. Once he put those in place it was fine. The holes were hard to see, and he just thought he had extra parts :)I would recommend to a friend.Overall, for the quality and ease in assembling it's a great rocker and a good price.Cons: Paint is sprayed on and thin. It should have 4 more screw hole covers by the armrest to look a little more finished.The seat cushion is 18.5" across and a larger person may need to remove the armrest to sit more comfortably (The armrest is nicely padded and attached with Velcro).The instructions should be larger and clear as to where the screw goes.The rocker due to its glide style is somewhat hard to move around. We will store it in our office until the baby visits then move it into the living room. We used the furniture moving disc and that worked well.
