Not what I expected but so far works good

I’ve installed four barn door rails now. This is the first piece together style, the rest were all solid bars. These same as sturdy as a solid bar once you get them up on the wall.Regarding the instructions, there are some serious issues. Probably coming from translation from Chinese to English. I suggest doing your own measurements and working through everything before you drill your holes. There are some conflicting instructions on the measuring of the holes.

Even before unboxing I was surprised the box was so small. After opening I saw why. The track is in 7 small parts. A big problem for a track. Each track would not fit properly so I had to shave off the paint for them to be able to fit. The instruction boldly claims an America Made Product! I doubt this very seriously! I have installed many barn doors and this hardware was by far the worst! I know you get what you pay for but this takes the cake! False advertisement!The wall inserts had no dimension for what to drill the hole size nor the bolts holding the wheel bracket bolts. After install the track bends and moves even after tightening. Please do yourself a favor spend more and get a track that's two pieces. Back to square one as I will remove this track and hardware.Product picture shows full or two piece rail and it came in 7 section. Again false description!

Excelente mexanismo

So far so good. I have the track up and all fits very well. The key to the interlocking pieces is to secure them to each other loosely then tighten. I used a soft mallet to put one section into place and it was very easily done. I am pretty handy and doing it myself. Measure measure and remeasure. I am using the 5ft section in a small hallway for a bathroom door. So far so good. I have to beautify my door, then will hand it this weekend. I will follow up with photos and continue the review. Loving it so far!

Hardwares quality and track system concept is reasonably however, when put to the test a sectional track system does not hold up. The track rocks back and forward as the barn door moves over the track. Unfortunately, if you don’t know this you will end up replacing the system with a solid one piece track and have to drill more holes in the barn door; for new rollers Save yourself the trouble and buy a solid track barn door hardware kit.
