I have been dedicated and consistent at the gym since January of 2025. After researching supplements it was apparent that creatine is the best and if not only fitness supplement that is most beneficial to enhancing one’s performance.I take 5mg; which is 1 little scoop in my protein shake after every workout. VERY GOOD PRODUCT

This is great creatine just for creatine’s sake. It isn’t mixed with any extra stuff. It is great to add to your supplement mixture at any time. I will admit, it doesn’t mix well. It’s chalky and gritty and has no taste. There is a lot of it here though.

It has helped build muscle and in my workouts. It has no flavor. So, it goes great with my preworkout first thing in the morning.
