First Impressions were good But after about a day has hardware errors
I don't usually post reviews on products, nor have I ever made a purchase on Amazon for this much on a single item. Here is my full review of this PC and will update pending the outcome of the sellers tech support recommendations.I purchased this PC as a work station at home, not for gaming. My old one was very out of date as it was almost 10 years old but still running strong. The PC was delivered in good condition, no damage to packaging. Unboxing and initial setup went smooth, windows 11 installed some automatic updates. Installed my applications I use and set everything up, logged into all of my online services without a hitch. ran some benchmarks and was very impressed compared to my old PC, But after about a day of use the problems began...I work around PC's at work and at home, so I am well experienced with building and troubleshooting issues, although not so much with windows 11, I have honestly tried to avoid it as much as possible until receiving this new PC.upon one of the windows auto updates my PC had to restart. upon restart the system froze on the windows splash screen. It continued to do this after several attempts of force powering off and back on. I went through some troubleshooting steps and even re-seated all connectors, ram, and the GPU verifying nothing had come loose during shipment. checking bios setting and if it was up to date, but to no avail the PC would not boot after it had been powered on for any length of time. I found it would boot into windows just fine if it was left off for a while which seemed like something on the motherboard was getting hot. Windows logs shows of a hardware failure. I even went as far as wiping the installed OS and doing a fresh install, just on a fresh install without any of the Asus drivers it dose the same thing, freezing up just after the bios post while windows is loading. Long story short, once it actually boots, the PC runs just fine as long as it does not go to sleep or does a restart. after about a day of digging though windows logs and troubleshooting, I am lead to believe there is a corrupt chipset or something faulty on the Asus B660M motherboard. since I have had this happen I have been reading online of the horror stories on the recent Asus motherboards, though there was no mention of this model having any if the horrors, but maybe I'm a first to mention it.I have reached out to Skytech's tech support by email and am awaiting their response. I will update this review and star rating once they respond and this issue can be resolved. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's something simple and easily fixed.Update 5/19/2023: Skytech Tech Support returned my email, we also spoke over the phone several time where he tried diagnosing the issue but it was determined to be a faulty motherboard. he suggested to return it to Amazon since it was less than a week old. Their tech support is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would give them a 5 star rating. I contacted an Amazon rep by phone and explained the issues I was having and explained how everything went with Skytech's support and their recommendations. The Amazon representative was very helpful and a joy to speak with. I explained that I wasn't sure if what the PC was doing fell under the DOA on arrival category since it had worked fine for almost a day. She reassured me that this was considered a DOA and was happy to process a return. She emailed me a return shipping label to send it back to them for a full refund and I can make a new purchase for another PC.I gave this rating a 2 star due to the issues I had with the product it's self, but both Skytech's tech support and Amazon's customer service get a 5 star rating with my experience in fixing the problem.

I'm in love 💕 she is a beautiful beast. Silent and strong.
If you're going to get a pre-built machine I would strongly recommend this, she runs great. Just played Hogwarts legacy on a mix of medium high and ultra settings with Ray tracing on ultra, ran beautifully, and most importantly ran cool and silent. CPU temps never topped 140° f, GPU temps never topped 170. (RTX 3060 ti) The liquid cooling AIO really does the trick. The fans are well built and run silently, the LEDs are also really cool and highly customizable with the included software. Other than some bent pins on the motherboard from the LED controller it was put together perfectly.

Good quality build but no documentation
Overall good build quality. No complaints with the wire management or the case.Relatively minor issues include:- IO shield wasn't lined up so the top two USB A and single PS2 keyboard/mouse port were blocked, easily fixed though.- Alignment issue might have resulted from lack of screw/standoff at upper left-hand corner of the MB, not about to remove the motherboard to check.- Turned on XMP, immediate Win11 Blue Screen, wrong memory timings maybe? Booted OK with XMP OFF.- No build list & no parts documentation. Had to search the MB with a flashlight to find the ASUS MB model #. Would like to know the make model of the RAM so I can look up timings.- No SATA cables. Would like to add a large HDD, would've been nice if they'd included a couple of long SATA cables.- Included non-clicky gaming keyboard looks and feels good with RGB and a metal base. Tilt isn't adjustable and keys are large/oversized and are closely spaced though. Looks similar to my Logitech G413.- Included gaming mouse feels OK but it's a bit small.UPDATE: I complained above about the alignment of the IO shield with the motherboard which resulted from a missing screw at the upper left-hand corner of the MB. I didn't think there was standoff behind the missing screw location but there was. The manufacturer had included some extra screws so I was able to resolve the issue. Still very annoying that they'd forgotten to screw down the MB at this location. Also realized that the ASUS MB had an unused header for 2 additional USB-A and 1 USB-C port. Was able to buy and attach adapters to use those headers since I needed more USB ports for gaming accessories.
