I’ll be honest I’m 8 months postpartum and I haven’t been eating the healthiest but I take these at least once a day, suppose to take 3 times a day, and sometimes would forget, did my blood work and my a1c is within normal range. It doesn’t control appetite. Doesnt give me side affects, but when I do take them I feel my mouth water a little more than usual. I can’t say it’s helped me loose weight but I haven’t gained much since taking them.
