This is a stunning watch by Seiko. It is essentially a Seiko 5 but with a 41mm case size. I have a large wrist so this fits me better than the OG Seiko 5 does. It uses the same movement as the Seiko 5 too. Non winding and non hacking movement.As long as you're wearing the watch it keeps going and keeps good time.This Lorus / Seiko is very well made and finished, nice polished edges and brushed upper lugs all done very cleanly indeed. Actually finished better than some of my Seiko branded watches and for way less money. You're getting an actual Seiko made by Seiko which looks like an iconic watch but for £70. You need to think outside the box from time to time. Just because it doesn't say Seiko on the dial doesn't mean it's not a Seiko. Because it is.Lume on the hands and markers all glow bright, nice textured dial with a kind of graph squares pattern, something interesting to look at instead of an all plain dial. Very nice watch and I'm extremely pleased with it. Amazon delivery was lightning fast next day. 10/10

Very impressed with the watch. Quality is excellent and compares well to stablemate Seiko watches. Looks great on my wrist. I am so pleased with my purchase especially at this great price.

Functionally: almost perfect, accuracy is within a minute per week based on three weeks daily usage.Aesthetics: feels solid without being heavy, good definition on face, the white hands and time markings on black background provides excellent contrast. The rounded edges are reasonably kind to cuffs and sleeves.Operation: adjustment of the calendar/time is the area which in my opinion could be improved: I find little definition in the action of the winder. The grooving on the winder is so fine I cannot feel it with my thumb and there is no clear stepping of the mode when choosing between calendar and time adjustment - I have to select mode by trial and error. If not for this niggle I would happily have given 5 stars.

Great watch for its price but noticed the crown doesn’t screw lock and doesn’t wind but works perfectly only when in use

Keeps time ok , bilingual days don’t help never know what it going to show . Date numbers change when the want and again never know what you’ll see . Nothing syncs properly . Not quite the quality I expected. Definitely not a Seiko movement no matter who says it is
