This is hands down the best advent calendar I have ever purchased. I have done individual calendars for my two girls ever since they were little. As they have gotten older it has been harder to find quality advent calendars for pre-teens and teenagers. My 12 year old that received this is loving it!!! She has been interested in magic for a while and these tricks do not disappoint. They are of good quality and she has mesmerized me with some...when usually I can figure them out quickly. They are not just for little kids and I feel like any magic loving age person would enjoy this. The one tricky part is the book shows you the next trick on the next page so if you don't want to know the next one ahead of time...you have to cover the page and not look. My daughter loves to be surprised so this has been easy for her to manage. I am MORE than pleased with this item and will be looking into the company's other advent calendars for the future. It is AWESOME!!!!!

My kids are loving this advent calendar! We've had quite a few different magic sets for kids over the years, and they have always been very disappointing - low quality materials that either break or make the secret of the trick obvious because of how poorly they are made, difficult slight-of-hand tricks that kids struggle with, etc. This set has been surprisingly opposite! We are more than halfway in, and the tricks have been easy and fun for both kids (ages 8 and 13). Some of the pieces are pretty cheap plastic, but we haven't had anything break or felt like the trick doesn't really work because of poor quality. They all work and are doable by the kids with only a little practice. A great follow-up gift to this set would be 2 cheap, identical decks of cards. A couple tricks damage the cards during the trick, so you want backups. You need 2 identical sets so that you can have 2 of the same card with the same design on the back.

My 8 year old can do most of the tricks on his own and has been completely delighted on most days. The book that comes with the tricks is sufficient for him to learn the tricks. There are QR codes that link to videos, but we have not needed to use them and they are not blatant or FOMO inducing if you choose to skip them. The objects and materials are fairly high quality (metal rings, durable plastic, rope, playing cards) and most of the tricks can be saved and redone. My kid performs his favorite tricks over and over on our guests.

My son has enjoyed opening each day to see what new magic he will learn. He is 10 and this keeps him and his friends very entertained. The instructions are very well written and easy to understand. However, there is also an instructional video you can access if you need a little extra help. We have bought magic trick kits in the past and they are ok but you end up not being able to use half the stuff because you don’t understand it or it’s so cheap that you can’t really do the trick well. Not with this box!!! Each trick is well made and has been so easy to understand. So glad we have this to enjoy this year!

Best Advent calendar for my 8 year old. Tricks are engaging with clear directions. He can’t wait to show the family each day!

The good -Unique magic tricks of varying levels of ease -Videos and a book to help walk you through each magic trick -The boxes are organized neatly like little Tetris blocks inside the main box The not so good -Some of the pieces and parts for the trick are small or can be damaged pretty easily -Some of the tricks are more for mom and dad to do lol ...not as easy for the little ones Overall five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kids love it and look forward to the magic 🪄 tricks, this advent has been way better than some of the main stream character ones that are full of junk that they will never use.

Religion: Spiritual Purchased For: 6 year old daughter This review is temporary - we are on day four so I will be back. While visually this kit has been everything I expected and maybe more - it has already delivered 1/4 a disappointment in days. My daughter was SO excited to see a card trick on day 3 and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The contents didn’t match the page description by half. My fingers are crossed that this is a ONE time mistake and my four stars will forever fair. ** If it tells you anything, I’ve spent the last 10 YEARS collecting LEGO Advent calendar’s and oofed me to skip their adorable Lego advent gingerbread house this year, but I saw this trick a day and knew my daughter would go crazybox for it (she’s always watching tricks on YouTube/emulating) I.e.my expectations were 5 star. Were.

My 7 yr old son wanted magic tricks so I thought this would be a perfect way to slowly introduce him. He also has ADHD and a tough time with fine motor skills, but still masters every trick this comes with. Some tricks are tougher so I would recommend 7+yrs. They ar3 so varied and really good quality with instruction book and instructional videos. We are on day 7 and my mind is even blown by most of these tricks. He's impressing kids at school with them too. And he will be ready for the talent show later this year with an arsenal of tricks to do! Definitely recommend this kit for boys or girls aged 7-13 especially. I bet even teens would have a blast with it.

This advent calendar was the most fun and exciting surprise. My son learned each trick and performed them for the family and his class every day. He still uses the tricks almost a year later. They were good quality and it was something he practiced to perfect the trick. This was worth the price!

Les tours sont super. Bien expliqués avec le manuel en anglais mais aussi des vidéos (QrCode sur le manuel et sur chaque petite boite). Un jour, une boite, un tour avec du matériel de qualité. Je recommande vraiment ! Par contre, petite déception car dans le calendrier, il manquait la boite 22...

Un’idea davvero carina: piccole magie pensate per i bambini, perfette per sostituire i soliti cioccolatini, spesso troppo zuccherati e poco salutari. La maggior parte dei giochi è adatta anche ai bimbi di 4 anni e mezzo, fatta eccezione per 4 o 5 attività un po’ più complesse. Mio figlio, infatti, è entusiasta: mi ha detto che questo calendario è molto meglio di quello con i cioccolatini. Un’alternativa divertente, creativa e decisamente più intelligente.

Perfect, maybe add a tiny peice of chocolate in as well. This is my son’s favourite calendar and he has has one every year. He loves this calendar
