Capstone LED Puck Lights with Directional Base, 5 Count

These things are amazing! I love all the colors, the perfect multi-pack size, and the small size. They easily fit under my cabinet and the timer is perfect for nightly use. I did not use the mounts that came with these as they were easy enough to stick on their own. They add an amazing touch to my kitchen without any crazy install or wiring, not to mention the batteries have lasted awhile. I wish these were not discontinued, because they are great.

The lights come with batteries and a remote. I like that fact that you can turn it on with a few different colors. The light isn't super bright, but it works great for night lights. Also, they are held in magnetically, so you can pull them off easily and use them for flashlights.I wish the back were magnetic. They come with 3M Command Strips, which is great but I would also like it if they came with magnets to attach the base to surfaces too. Also, I wish that the colors could rotate or change automatically. You have to manually change the colors, so dance parties aren't as fun as they could be.

I like this product, neat you can 'press' the light itself to activate OR use the remote control. Neat it has Red-Green-Blue-White light color options (not that we use anything but white, but it's neat I guess). The WHITE is VERY WHITE (like total LED-white) and that is my reason for the 3-star rating.....it's just too white & would have been excellent if it were a SOFT white!

I put these in a closet that includes the back area under a stairwell, because was no lighting there. I use rechargeable AAA batteries for this, so that I don't have to worry about replacing 15 new batteries at a time. It works pretty good. Each light takes 3 AAA batteries, and attaches to the base unit with a magnet - so you can easily pull it off to replace the battery. It includes 5 pieces of double sided tape to install the base to the ceiling. You can control it with a remote - each light has 4 different color options. Alternatively, you can turn any single light on or off by pushing directly on the light. The only complaint that I have is that the remote signal is so weak as to be almost useless. I usually have to push the off button 3 or 4 times while holding at different angles to turn off all the lights. Sometimes I won't realize the back light didn't get switched off until the next time I go the closet and find it still on. I think the remote is too weak for the signal to pass through the jackets hanging in my closet as I installed lights in the front and rear of the closet. The back lights are only installed about 3 feet back from the front lights. The signal from the remotes doesn't even reach the under stairway lights so I don't have that problem. I have to take the remote with me into the back of the closet to get those to turn on.

These have been great. Love that they fully articulate so you can aim the light exactly where you want it. Also the ability to change the color and brightness of the lights to get the perfect lighting experience. They are easy to install and seem to have good battery life. The remote allows them to automatically turn off in a prescribed amount of time so that they aren't accidentally left on.

Wow -- what a colossal disappointment this was. I purchased September 2017 and by February 2018, only 2 of the 5 still work. The remote only works for 1 light. First problem was that after putting in fresh batteries, the only color light that would come on was RED!!!! But I was able to get the lights to switch back to standard WHITE by using the remote. However, all but 2 lights are now totally dead, useless and its ONLY been 5 months. Now I'm going to have to rip those things from my cabinet under-hang, repair and paint. I feel like this seller ripped me off with bad goods and may consider reporting them to the BBB or my credit card bank.

Great little adjustable LED spot lights. They work with the same remote as the fixed LEDs that I have had for a few months. The option of changing color and brightness is an added benefit. Well worth the money for a little fill-in lighting.

I purchased these for my kids to put above their beds. They love being able to change the colors and use them for reading at night. The white light gives off a pretty decent amount of light. The remote is a bonus for them also! The only thing that would be helpful was if there was an automatic shutoff after a certain amount of time, there are several timers you can set though.
