I could not get the timer to work. I sent it back. All I want is a timer that is easy to program.I tested the timer on a faucet inside my house and the timer stayed on all the time and would not shut off. Since, it seems like all the timers I have bought over the years never last much longer than 2 years, so I went back to the only one that has worked every time and paid $5 more and bought an Orbit. I bought it at Home Depot and it has a 7 year warranty. So far it works fine. I have saved the original packaging and the receipt and the words on the package that says that it has a 7 year warranty just in case it does not make it until 2031.

The media could not be loaded.  When I first received this product I was happy because we no longer needed to water the hanging baskets, handrail baskets, planters and it was great having the 2 zone watering I need for sprinkler and porch flowers at different times.It worked great at first with no issues.Today (about 2 months after installing) I went to use the manual setting for rinsing off. I found the timer LED screen full of water and the seal at the provided connector that cane with product was busted leaking continuously.

Leaks. Defaults to one and only one flow channel (suppsoed to be a two channel device). Manual test does not shut off.

These work pretty well. The interface is very straightforward and easy to setup. The only issue that I have is that there isn’t a leakproof connection going into the device. This would work better if it was actually a threaded connection from the water source.

I purchased this as a replacement for my orbit that lasted 9 years . Went for cheaper learned my lesson . Programming was difficult , no ease of functioning cause it just didn’t work . I tried many times settings didn’t work . Set installed and turned on water , wait no for the magic ! Water just flowed through the machine with settings set . Failed and I tried many times . Not recommend

Was easy to program and it currently functions as it should. However, the quality of the plastic and the components does not leave any faith that this timer is going to last more than one season. The most egregious part lacking quality is the female hose connector that is just cheap plastic painted gold to make it look like a brass fitting. I chose this timer based on the assumption that it had a brass fitting based on the pictures hence prompting the review. Sleezy marketing.

Leaks where it connects to the hose bib. It flooded the area thus costing money both in terms of a useless device and wasted water. There is no amount of fiddling that will fix it so it’s a throw away. Do not buy.
