Effortless sour cream at home
Today, after so many years, I finally ate a high quality sour cream, which tasted authentic.It took me two trials to make it right. First trial was an error (I used instant pot, yogurt programme), sour cream tasted weird and smelled yeast, but second try was a magic.In fact, you don't need thermometer or instant pot to make sour cream at home. You just take a pack of cream (mine was Amul) and half of sachet of starter, mix together, leave on the counter overnight and then refrigerate. That's it.Looking forward to try other products!
