bought these insoles for my husband as he works in an environment where he is standing for long periods of times. I bought these as it provides cushioning and support for your feet. However, He said that these make his feet ache more than without wearing them as it adds a bit if heel height. Also these soles make your shoes a bit tighter so wouldn’t recommend.

Great support for arch and workers on their feet a lot!
As I work in a warehouse, I really need to have extra support for my feet. Working on your feet for 8 hours daily I found these soles to relieve a lot of the pain I had been feeling in my heel and the lower sides of my feet.The tip and heel portion has a rubber layer that is very soft and “bouncy” when walking, and the middle section has a hard plate that makes your arch supported.They fit perfectly in my size 6.5 woman's shoe, no need to cut it. However, if you have smaller feet/shoes, there is a curved guideline as to where to make the cut.Overall a very nice sole that I will continue using!
