Lovely feeling, daughter loved ours so much we had to buy her her own for her bathroom. Live the rational effect and have had no issues with it working since my husband installed them. He didn't have trouble installing. The handheld control is up on the side of the main showerhead and a bit awkward to get to and adjust, but i actually don't use it, i love the overhead one. Daughter wants me to order them for any new home in the future! Love these!

Handheld shower head broke a month after purchasing and suction cup does not always stay up on shower wall

As mentioned by many this is a plastic piece. It does feel rather flimsy. I'm not snooty (it has to look expensive) when it comes to quality and I'd still put it around 7. I will update if it breaks. I've not had a rain shower head before to compare pressure with but the pressure is a little low, but that is because there are so many jets. It has no option but to be a little light on pressure.You can remove the regulator that is in the neck of the main head. You pull out the rubber washer and it is a red plastic piece that should just fall out when you turn the head upside down. For me it made the water shoot from about halfway down my tub to 3/4 with noticeable increased force against my skin. HOWEVER that is not a water saver as some are calling it, its a regulator to keep even pressure between the main and hand held. It will kill your pressure in the handheld when both are on. Mine was basically non- existent with water just dribbling straight down. When I put it back in both shared the pressure evenly which is, again, light. But this thing has so many jets it doesn't surprise me. Maybe more is less when it comes to rain heads. So you just need to decide which is more important to you. One on or both on. Or a different shower head.

I bought this a while ago but had no idea how to install it so I waited a few weeks before trying. It was SO easy and no tools required. Everything that I needed was in the box and it took 5 minutes, top, to do the whole thing. It has also upgraded not only my bathroom, but my shower experience. We live in a rental and I sometimes feel like I can't get the luxuries others have in their homes, but this feels just as fancy as those fancy bathrooms you see on IG. I haven't tried the handheld shower head that accompanies this because the main shower head is just that good. Don't hesitate. Buy.

This shower head is fine. Definitely not as nice as my last one, but ok. The main shower head doesn’t really put out as wide of a water stream as I would like. It’s really only as wide as the 10 inch head itself, instead of almost the full shower. The water pressure SUCKS if you try to use both the main head and the hand control at the same time. I didn’t expect a fantastic shower head for this money, but I was hoping for a little better than this.

It is a nice shower head combo and was easy to install. I think that the description doesn't clearly explain that the handheld controls don't turn the top or the handheld water off. There is a lever by the to shower heard (that I can't reach because it's too high) that controls the switch between the 2 heads. So I have the 2 heads on all the time, which results in both of them having low water pressure. I removed the water saving piece from the handheld and use the high pressure jets to rinse my hair, and it works fine. But I wish I could turn off one or the other heads.If you are able to reach the top shower head, each head provides very nice flow of water, with high pressure, but very soft feel.

It works well now but parts missing when I got it. Fixed on own and everything works.
