Thompson Magnesium Malate Tablets 400 Mg 110 Count Multi

Have used this product for years. Generally fewer Mag Malates to choose from and this has been a good price. My MD says Malate is absorbed better than many other versions of magnesium. It IS a horse-pill to swallow, and no getting around that. (Never noticed particular effect on sleep.)

This product is amazing. Within a few days of starting 2 pills/day I had relief from severe muscle pain due to fibromayalgia and arthritis. This works better than any pain medication or muscle relaxer, and no bad side effects. Good side effects are sense of well-being and less anxiety. The malate version is easy on the GI tract too. The only poor feedback I have is that the product arrived in an envelope and left in the AZ sun, and the bottle was hot when I opened package (thankfully the pills were ok). Also, the pills are very large and I almost choked on one at first. Drink with plenty of water or even with the pill coated in coconut oil.

I agree the pills are huge. But so what? A pill cutter can be obtained at a dollar store. Cut it in half if you need to. I got this to help with my fibromyalgia and it does seem to have some effect after a week or so. Arrived quickly, and as described.

Magnesium rid me of leg cramps, restless leg syndrome and added the benefit of drowsiness at bedtime. For me, those benefits make it so worth taking this supplement.The only con here is the size of the pill; it could be difficult to swallow. It is not coated either.Works for me!If you suffer from leg cramps and/or the very annoying RLS, try magnesium.

I recently read about low magnesium levels can really affect your overall health. The tablets are coated, and that helps, but they are rather larger than my comfort zone. I do take it at night and hopefully will see results soon.
