I didn't add pics bc it's a bit weird lol. I was nervous to buy this bc there are so many options and tbh the idea of using an inner ear camera at home by myself was a bit alarming. I am so beyond happy that I bought this anyway! It makes cleaning my ears ridiculously easy and worry free. I have anxiety and always worry about q tips and feel like my ears are clogged, this sets my mind 100% at ease bc I can see how clean they are. It is a little tricky to get the hang of the camera bc you have to rotate the entire tool but it only took a second to catch on. The camera quality is excellent and the app Is very easy to use, I also really appreciate that it comes with multiple heads. The head is much more sturdy than it looks and it scoops and scrapes very well. 10/10 purchase!

The endoscope is slim, lightweight, and easy to use. I had no problem setting it up with my phone for live video.I wear Lyric hearing aids which live inside my ear canals. The batteries are supposed to last @ 3 months when one goes dead and it's a trip to the audiologist for new ones. No big deal. My problem is I get excess ear wax from a head cold or sometimes the batteries die early. I've gotten good at taking them out and putting them back in myself.With the hearing aids out, the Endoscope will show wax which I scoop out with the tool followed by ear wax softening drops, hydrogen peroxide, warm water rinse. I'll use the Endoscope to make sure my canals are clear, then put the hearing aids back in.If the initial Endoscope probe shows a clear ear canal I know the battery is dead in the Lyric and I set an appointment with the audiologist.The scope has saved me days of frustration and unnecessary trips to the audiologist. Again, quality product at a great price. All of this added up brings great value to me.

I'm quite glad I bought this product. I bought this because I was having issues with my ears. I thought I had excess ear wax build up. Setting up the Bluetooth didn't take long and the directions on the app were easy to follow. I was very surprised at how well I was able to see and the scoop end was flexible yet firm enough to reach a scoop out the excess ear wax. I also like how on the app you could change the angle of the camera view by pressing the left or right ear symbols. I'm very happy with my purchase. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to clean their ears or anyone curious to see what the inside of their ears look like.

Works great to show the ear canal wax buildup and to remove some wax. I used it very carefully and followed manufacturer recommendations. Although it is a good tool, there is a possibility of injuries to ear drum if used improperly. I prefer flushing ear canal with warm tap water, this removes chunks of wax safely . Nevertheless, I am quite impressed by the quality and performance of this high tech device. Downloading the app and connecting to the device WiFi was very easy. Very reasonable price, outstanding performance.

Great visibility with the camera - quick delivery. I was surprised by how well I could view inside the ear. It was a little cumbersome adjusting which way to move the tool, as it operates like a microscope (move the tool left shows a move to the right on the screen). This can be learned with practice. Or perhaps there's a feature that reverses this? I'm still learning the tool. Well worth the money.

TLDR: I like it and am very pleased with the purchase. Would recommend.Takes some getting used to to learn how to angle the camera.You need to download the app to use it and allow network access to use (at least with iPhone). It’s very easy and has a video on how to do so, but in reading the privacy policy it seems they store any pictures or videos you take “on their secure system” which is not in my interest. You also have the option to save them on your phone but not ONLY to your phone. I just didn’t take and videos/pictures bc I wouldn’t anyway lol. I spent a lot of time exploring with it with my family it bc it’s pretty cool (and kiddos were very interested). It comes with a few tiny plastic pieces (all the same type of piece) to fit it with-which is great bc they’re tiny and easy to misplace. The seller seems attentive and courteous as they sent me a letter of appreciation and contact info in case of issue.

This product is easy to use and the camera is high resolution allowing me to see exactly what I'm looking at. It's hard to angle the camera where I want it to focus, but a bit of practice and I got the hang of it eventually.My one complaint, though is the app. The app apparently is not capadable with my phone, so I ended up using my sister's instead. I will say my phone is an older Android track phone, but I wish the app could work on all smartphones.

My daughter has very waxy ears that typically need a visit to ENT to clean them out. I was impressed with how much gunk I was able to get out safely without going too near her ear drum. Don't recommend for someone that can't sit still though as it would be easy to get bumped in too far. Like that it came with several replacement tips and other tools!
