Obsessed with This Ball – Total Game-Changer!
My yoga instructor recommended this ProBody Pilates ball and OMG I’m so glad she did! I’ve been using it for core work, stretching, and posture stuff and it’s seriously amazing. Exercise ball for PT
While the exercise ball is great, it’s advertised as coming with a pump to inflate it and it did not. Instead it came with a small straw. Once I did inflate it, it’s got a nice bounce to it. The material has a nice feel to it. And would have had 5 stars if I didn’t have to blow it up with a straw. After a week of use it’s retaining air just fine.

Purchased this for exercises for hip tendonitis. Easy to blow up. Size and density perfect.

These are not firm balls and they don’t require a pump
I am not fond of the fact that to inflate the balls you have to blow into them. When I did that I had moments where the air escaped through the tube and into my mouth and straight into my lungs as I was trying to catch my breath to blow more into the ball. I just hope that doesn’t cause issues with my lungs in the future. I also would like them to be firmer. In order to get them firm you have to inflate them to their max air intake which then makes them too big to do your exercises with.
