Ok so I saw this lighter and I thought it was a very cool concept so I decided to buy it for my self. When it arrived it came in a very nice box. In the inside was a thank you note, charger cable, and the lighter itself. I was blown away by the color right away. There was no scratches or fingerprints! When I first turned on the lighter it worked perfectly! I was surprised that it came with a little charge but if you plug it in for 10 minutes you are good to go! I lit a few fires and fireworks and was so amazed at how fast it made things catch flame! I would definitely recommend this product for a cool little lighter to show friends and use! Unfortunately, this will be my first less than stellar product rating. I'll start by saying that when mine works properly, it's pretty damn cool and very useful in many situations. However, the one I received has a short of some kind. When I move the On switch on bottom, it doesn't fully "connect" and will cause the lights on the device to flicker, and the arc wont light. I get it to work eventually, by trying to manipulate the button more, but a pain none the less. I would have tried to return it, but between working at a Hospital, and living in S. FL with the hurricane coming, it hasn't been high priority. P.S The box it comes in is pretty nice. Later EDIT: This company reached out to me, and sent a new lighter. Great customer service.

I love this lighter! I had a single arc and it was great, but this works so much easier and faster. I only wish I could find a belt pouch like I had for my zippo. I smoke and I camp, it works great for both! I never have to worry about being out of fluid and it works with the same chargers I have for my phone, so I already have chargers everywhere if I need them. It also doesn't take very long to charge, about an hour or so.

The packaging was very nice and the color was exactly what I wanted and as pictured. Perfect for a gift. Unfortunately it stopped working after 2 1/2 weeks. One charge was fine, but after the next charge it stopped working. When it was working, it worked very well. I would not recommend this product.

It's a cool item to have and loving the color, came charge so I was able to try it out. One thing about it seems like it's losing its lifespan after every charge, so now I'm just hoping it doesn't stop working,I've had it maybe just 2 weeks. Other than that it's a cool item to have.

I do like it. But I wish I had reviewed this type liter more before I bought one. It works good in the upright position I can't light a candle because the lid prevents it. There are other lighters that will allow that. I sent you an email regarding poor (no) instructions. On the little card, it says don't overcharge. It has a blue light. How do I know when it's overcharged? Does the light go out, change color?

Charged up quickly upon receipt and I love the dual arcs. Just place your cigarette near them and press the button inhaling the cigarette and it will light quickly. Lights in wind too with no issues. Do not put the cigarette, or attempt to in The middle of the arcs. This is not designed to light your cigarette like a butane lighter. Once you get that down, then it's a breeze. Hope this lasts a long time. USB cord included but my Samsung galaxy phone charger cord and my auto charger cord charges the lighter too. Didn't expect the shiny kind of exotic blue light, but rather a solid color. Would have preferred solid color, but that doesn't bring the star rating down. This has a rechargeable battery in it. I don't know how long it will last, but another companies with single arc lasted about 13 months. That's a big savings over butane lighters when it's less than $20 for an electric one.

Bought this lighter from LightStrong my wife just loved it, however it would not keep a charge. I contacted Casey from the company and he sent me a code to get another one free. After the usual emailing back and forth with Amazon I finally called them and received the new one in short order. Have had no issues with the new one and it seems to be working perfectly.
