I tried several thermos bottles on Amazon and all have been returned back for a refund. They advertised that the ice water stays cold for 24 hours overnight. Which was not true. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and it can get extremely hot in the summer. It is no joke when I tell you that the inside of your car can get as hot as 130 degrees or more if your vehicle is in the parking lot directly in the sun. So I need a thermos that can REALLY perform. And there a very few cities that can test a thermos to it's maximum ability like Phoenix, AZ. or Death Valley. When I'm out running errands I want my ice water to remain cold and the ice inside should not melt. This thermos is the best thermos I have ever bought. And believe me I have been through a lot of thermos's. The ice is still in the thermos the next morning and the water is ice cold. I love the whimsical cherry designs. So far we have 3 of these thermoses. One for me, my grand daughter, and my daughter. And we are all madly in love with these thermoses. They are very easy to keep clean, outstanding performance, easy to carry and I can't say enough about the clear spout. Most thermoses you have to take the bottle and hang it upside down to drink from it. This one you just pull up the spout and start drinking. My grand daughter who is almost 3 has her own and she is in love with this thermos and carries it every where with her. And she loves unicorns - so I bought her the pink unicorn thermos. I hope you make more characters in the future. My favorite design was the pink & white unicorn. Don't hesitate to buy - these are the best of the best!!!! Please make more animals characters....

Update- 06 Sept 2021This is a true customer centric company. They read my review and sent a replacement cap with a straw.we figured out that the sleeve we were having trouble with from original cap actually should sit in the airhole all the time. There is no leak that way. I am giving this product 5 star it deserves. Wish the original cap was sent after having a good quality check.Now tht my daughter has used it for long enough, I can definitely say that this bottle excels in its basic function, that it keeps water cold for over 24 hrs..!!Original reviewSo My daughter liked this bottle very much but after 2 days of use I came across a major design flaw.. actually 2 flaws. First, there is a little rubber sleeve that grips over a small projection on hard plastic spout. Its job should be to plug into airhole on cap when spot is closed to prevent the water leak. The problem is that it does not align with hole very well and hole does not get plugged at all leading to water leak. Second flaw is that this rubber plug slips out very easily and you could lose it with in a week of use. I do not know if the first issue I mentioned above is just with my bottle though. I wish i could return it but my daughter liked it so much that I’ll have to keep it. Otherwise the quality is great.

Pretty water bottle. Keeps drinks cold for a very long time especially if you add ice. Bought this to take to Disney World a couple of weeks ago. It dropped out of my bag and the top got a huge dent...No problem, I figured it was because of the angle when it fell. Couple of days later, I noticed another dent, I didn’t even drop the bottle and it now has 2 huge dents. This happened within 3 days of using this item. It comes with 3 interchangeable lids. I tried using the one with a straw and it literally won’t stay attached. The straw part just falls into the cup when you screw it on. Making this lid useless. Today I went on a hike and decided to use the sport spout and it doesn’t work either. The water barely comes out of the spout. At this point I’m super annoyed with this thing. I usually don’t leave bad reviews on items because I have a business and know that it really hurts your company when people complain but this was an awful purchase. I don’t return it because I’ve used the item a few times and it’s dented but I would definitely not recommend buying this item.Update: I received a message from the seller shortly after posting the initial review. They were very nice and sent a new water bottle within a few days of reaching out. I have since used the bottle several times and the new bottle is much better. I really appreciate the customer service of this company, and I now use the bottle nearly every day. The new lids work better, and I found that as long as I do not over extend the one with the straw attachment, they all work really well.

These are cute bottles, the design on the outside seems secure, the flow of drinking is good for small kids, and they keep things cold for a while, there was ice still in it the next day.My problem is the clear spout. I bought a bottle less than a month ago and it came with an all black plastic spout. I bought another one two weeks later and the photos all showed a clear plastic spout, which is what I got with the second bottle when it arrived. I've had the second one a week, my daughter dropped it and the tab on the spout immediately broke off leaving a jagged edge and almost impossible to open the spout if it's pushed down. The black plastic seems more forgiving, less brittle. I'm disappointed they changed it between when I bought the first and second.Update: I contacted the company with a picture of what happened and requested a replacement with a black spout straw lid. They responded fairly quickly and sent two new tops with the black spout. Apparently this is the new design but some of the bottle styles still come with the clear one for now. If you have any issues contact the company, they care enough to make things right.

Not only is this water bottle a lovely shade of blue, it comes with 3 different caps. I like the built in straw, makes it very handy. The stainless steel body, of course, makes it durable as well.Very happy with this purchase.

Loved the quality of this. Three different lids, including a lovely metal and wood one. Really nice product.

Used as cold drinks bottle for son at secondary school. Came with 3 caps but he just use sports bottle cap. Keeps things cold for ages, not used it for hot. Stylish, looks like it will last and no leaks. My daughter has a chillys bought couple yrs ago, but I prefer this, larger neck for getting drinks in, easy to clean and see into, plus 3 cap designs so can choose what suits you.

Super Flasche, super Material,alles dicht und hält,auch nach 1 jahr wie am 1.Tag. Auch die Aufsätze alle super. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Nach langer Suche haben wir uns für diese Flasche entschieden und bisher nicht bereut!1. Sieht super aus, Lack scheint relativ robust zu sein. Die Flasche ist bereits einmal auf Steine heruntergefallen. Es gibt natürlich kleinere Abplatzungen und eine Delle, aber es scheint nicht so, dass der Lack dort weiter abgeht.2. 3 verschiedene Deckel und Ersatztrinkhalm. Schliesst sehr gut. Mit Kohlensäure nicht getestet. Wenn, dann hält wahrscheinlich nur der Komplettverschluss dicht.3. Doppelwandig. Hält das Getränk angenehm kühl. Warmes haben wir noch nicht getestet.4. Verschiedene Flaschengrößen zur Auswahl.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, wir werden sicher auch noch eine Zweite kaufen.
