Q: What size would you suggest for 36DDD?

I wear a 34DDD and I got a large and it fits perfectly but the band is not super stretchy so probably an XL!

Q: Does it separate the boobs or give you a uniboob look and feel?

Because the padding holes are so large, it is more of a uni, boob with original padding. You can swap that padding out for better padding and it does separate better. Hope this helps.
