A bit disappointing it didn't come with charger, battery operated you have to upend it when turning on and off I've bought it for 10yr old grandson for xmas.it does look good when lit.

Appalling defective product !! Do not buy
Bought one of these for my son as his Christmas present, but the lamp was defective and wouldn’t work. Arranged a replacement which then arrived leaking everywhere and again wouldn’t work! Please do not buy this. One disappointed child on Christmas. The product should be withdrawn. Other reviews are similar ! it’s not fit for purpose! Amazon need to address this, and remove the shoddy product. Buy a standard lava lamp and give this a wide berth.
