I ordered a 0 for my daughter who 5' 4" and weighs 97Lbs. Fits her wonderfully, she loves them.

Q: If i wear a size us 8 what size should i order? size 9 or 11?

I would order a 7, I am about a 8-10 and I wear a 9. When I was a 10, I bout and 11, they are so stretchy, that they get too big. I think you would be disappointed with the larger size
