Q: What is the difference on selection between adult medium and medium

Hello, Sorry for the confusion. Sometimes different sellers list their sizes with different names. We have been trying to update the sizing to make it more clear that these are adult pants. Because this page is for adult pants only, the adult medium and medium should be the same product, but from different sellers. We hope this clears things up.

Small should fit unless he is long in the stride. My son is 5'8" and weighs 165 and we had to buy the size Medium and size it down a half size.
