Q: Looking for color #235 How much lighter or darker is 254?

With my eyes the answer to your question is neither color is darker than the other. 254 may appear a little darker as it is more brown and the 235 more taupe khaki. Color 235 is available on Amazon but i see it is not set up with the correct keywords so hard to find in a search.
