Parker Jotter C.C. pen

I never go anywhere without a jotter in my bag or purse. I can always depend on a blue-ink jotter for everything from taking notes in a meeting, to signing financial documents. I cannot stress enough how much I consider them a part of my daily gear. This one has a lovely color and the same smooth performance that I expect from a Parker. It's one of those things you don't really get until you've had one, and then suddenly, op to $15 for a pen doesn't seem like such a big deal when you know it's going to be there when you need it.

I like it for what its name suggests: jotting. As a woman with average size hands (medium), this pen is a bit too small to write too much at a time with comfortably, adding to the fact that it is a ballpoint. I would like to try a gel refill and see if that does not make it more comfortable to write with. It is sturdy for traveling with in my pencil case, though. I am only sad that some of the violet coating chipped near the working end not long after receiving it. The innards do feel like cheap plastic; but, it is an inexpensive pen. I like how light it is in the hand, and the cool metal feels nice to write with. The clip is nice quality and design, too. I have never worried that it might break on me, and it flexes and holds well. It makes me want to try the Jotter XL.

Ok, $25 for a basic pen is a lot of money, but I couldn't resist the grape! Haven't taken it out of the package yet, but it is a Parker; it'll be fine. Will edit this review if anything turns out to be amiss.

Great pen, wished it was slightly bigger however! Quality is good as well.

They Write clearly without skipping and feel comfortable to hold and write with.

I'm already a big fan if the Parker Jotter! This pen, in a unique violet color, writers smooth. I definitely recommend this product.

I got my first jotter 6 years ago in a store. It was noticeably heavier (in a good way) and better made. The springs used to be replaceable and made of steel but from what I can see the new versions have a plastic spring that can't be removed. The click isn't nearly as good as the older versions as a result. It's not "bad" just not as good as they used to be. I never liked the Parker ink. If you're gonna get a jotter you gotta get the Schmidt Easyflow 9000. It's the best ballpoint ink I've used by a wide margin. Still worth buying but it's a bummer to see a classic like this go downhill.

The pen is great. Nice color. Writes very smoothly.

Parker Jotter is one of my all time favourite pens. Good weight and slim barrel makes it comfortable to hold and write with. Reasonable price is also a plus.

Color is ace. Perfect EDC pen. I haven't used a parker for 30 years; I forgot how good they are. Building a collection :-). Nice clicky action and made in France. The quinkflow is still IMHO the best for every day ad-hoc use; it writes on random paper, glossy paper, cardboard. Great pen. :-).
