Doesn't Glow
Did everything that was suggested to make these glow and what a disappointment.. Don't waste your money.. Just go with the reflective stickers that go on your wheels for that effect.. Just sayin.. Should be Zero stars

They don’t glow in the dark. I still like the pink so I’ll keep them for now until I can find some that work
