Worked only for a month
The media could not be loaded. The product stopped working right after a months time, it has issues regarding charging and operatabilty

Battery runs out in about 45 minutes.
I usually dont give negative reviews,but this one earned it,the toy works,the cat plays with it,but the problem is about charging,it takes around 1 and a half hour to charge and runs for only around 45 minutes,the description say 3-4 hours,forget it,i have two of these balls,both run for around 45 minutes continuously,the smart mode works good,but the charge seems to run out pretty quick,heads up for you guys,it runs for about 45 minutes if used continuously,not more,maybe an hour,2-3 hours?Naa,dont be fooled by the description.If you think 45 minutes is okay,go for it,keeps your cat engaged pretty well.And smat mode works ok too.The only thing you have to decide is whether 45 minutes is okay or not for you.

Good for its price
I have used Cheerble ball before and it is not close to that quality but I can say it’s well worth the price.Pros:Significantly silent than a cheerble. The silicone body helps so much with noise and keeps the cat entertained.Type-C helps with management of charging cables, I prefer everything to be charged by Type-C now.Cons:First of all 5 mins play time only and then ball goes to sleep. Often the ball goes under bed and sleeps which is an hassle.The intelligent mode is not so intelligent, it only checks of motion if kitty has touched the ball. Unlike cheerble, it will not start again after 30 mins of inactivity.I have kept this ball as a backup one goes missing. It serves the purpose well and cats keep looking at it or play pawball with it out of curiosity.

It's a very low quality item
The product is completely different than what is described on the website! Item is same as in the photos but the description is completely false. No battery backup, the ball doesn't detect any obstacles and doesn't even spin or roll properly!
