Food remains in room temperature
The product is good, the food in the jar doesnt get cold but remains at room temperature. Food still feels fresh and edible after hours and doesnt get too cold.

Perfect lunchbox for a full school day!
I have been looking high and low for a product that keeps a hot dish warm while has space for side dish compartments too- this box is perfect. My daughter loves her box and finishes her lunch every day!

Very poor quality
The product came with an inside plastic separator bended and the food jar is of very poor quality: the bottom and the sides are badly put together so there is an open line all around. Returned.

The thermos food jar is a disaster
The thermos jar is a disaster!! It’s so hard to remove and re-attach the silicone lining (which you have to do daily because food gets stuck in between the lid and the silicone). Plus, it only served me 40 days before breaking and becoming completely useless! The lunch box itself looks really good and has enough compartments for different kinds of food. But definitely not worth the price tag. I would recommend a hard pass on this product.

Heat container cap
Heat container caps absolutely unreliable. Within 2 months of usage, my kids broke 3 caps at three containers on this lunch box. Do not recommend for the purchase.
