We ordered this service as a Christmas present for our daughter. The service arrived on 20 November and was exactly what we hoped for, except there were slight blemishes on 2 of the plates. If the service had been for us it would have been fine but as it was a gift I contacted Car and Van Fast Solutions and asked if they could replace the plates. The lovely lady who got back to me, Linda, said they would send us a completely new set and that we could keep the original set. I contacted her again to make sure I hadn’t misunderstood. She confirmed that they would be sending another set! It arrived today, 24 November, and I just know our daughter will be delighted, especially as she will now have many spares!! The photos show what a lovely colour the dinner service is and it will go perfectly in our daughter’s kitchen. Thank you Car and Van Fast Solutions and especially the lovely Linda. It’s a delight to have such excellent customer service. 🤗

I thought when I got this it looked like a lovely dinner service. The bowls are fine for breakfast cereal etc and small plates are suitable for serving snack type stuff & cakes and biscuits. However the big "dinner" plates, that you'd use for main meals are more like large, shallow soup type dishes so you have to watch if cutting food such as meat and al dente vegetables near the edges because with even a little pressure, the plates tip up and spill your dinner!

Although 2 items were broken from transit they were replaced very quickly. Customer service is quick and efficient. The dishes are heavy and good thick quality which I need. The bowls are larger than regular cereal bowls
