I have been ordering these meat sticks for one year. I was getting them monthly for my two grandsons. Their consumption slowed down so I had stopped ordering for awhile. Last week they both went to their drawer to get a Sogo meat stick and there was none. They asked me to please order more so I am back stocking them up. My grandsons know that they are a healthy snack. They are very healthy and delicious. They are the only meat snacks I order because I know the family is very particular about their product. A great family owned business that delivers an excellent product.

I purchased a few different brands from Amazon and this one is my favorite. I didn't experience any packaging issues as some of the reviews stated (I'm extremely happy about this). I got the original beef and they had the perfect amount of flavor and kick to them. Not a spicy hot kick but a perfect combination of spices that you taste but don't feel burning your tongue for 20 minutes. Price wise they are comparable to others, very expensive. But totally worth it knowing these are grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone free. One stick fills me up and keeps me satisfied for hours. I definitely recommend these.

My girlfriend and I have been buying these beef sticks every week for a very long time. They taste amazing and have a wonderful consistent texture as I know some beef sticks tend to have a gristle like mouth feel i know most people hate. These do not, and I LOVEEE IT!! The family who makes them sent us a separate package with a very cute note showing us how much they care and we will forever be buying directly from there website where they have a subscription you can sign up for. Sorry Amazon!!

Received 23, not 24 in the bag. This was also noted in previous reviews which I'd thought would have been an EASY fix for the company. Come on, simple math!!! I really like the taste and the quality appears consistent throughout the others, but since I was shorted one stick only giving 3 stars and I won't order again unless I get my 24th stick in the mail or $1.63 credit to my Amazon account. Updated: 05/8/2018 The owner reached out after my review and said the sticks are measured by weight and some of the sticks have been heavier than they are supposed to be, throwing off the count. They offered to mail me a stick or send me the credit. Well I feel terrible I was so hard on them after that explanation. I've raised to 4 stars for the customer service. I also like that they don't add sugar!! Maybe the company could change the description to weight as I still feel strongly if the description says 24, you should get 24. I'll try again and see if the count is right and well aim for 5 stars!

I love beef sticks, but have tried to switch a lot of my food to better sources. I have found some real failures. These arrived two days ago, and they are delicious! I got the original flavor, which has a nice kick to it, so someone who prefers a little more mild may be in for a surprise with them, but I love them. I think this will be my go-to for beef sticks. These are good, very good. Bought a 12 pack thinking they would be around for ages, but turned out I have become a snarling refrigerator dog to keep everybody away from the delectable goodies. I purchased this for my daughter, thinking they are the perfect answer for her as she travels from one three hour class to the next without a lunch break. However, little did I know my daughter would have to fight to keep some of these beef sticks around. Highly recommended! December 27, 2016 I just received and immediately opened up a stick of the new Sweet/Smokey flavor. Very nice! It is very mild all around, only slightly sweet with a gentle touch of garlic. No spicy heat whatsoever, which is good. It should be fine for children or people who can not abide heat in their food, especially black pepper which is very irritating to the stomachs of the elderly. It is so very mild in fact, that even I would prefer if the sweet/smoke flavoring was a just tiny tad more intense, but it is a quality product for sure.

The # 1 selling point was the fact this product had 0% potassium in it. I have a health condition where my potassium level can be deadly if it gets high and very hard to find any kind of food that doesn't have potassium. To have a snack I can eat without worrying about that was appreciated. The Sogo people have excellent service and answered all my questions about the product and told me which flavors they have that have potassium and those that do not. Tip to others: smoked ones do have potassium if I understand right but don't hesitate to ask them. I was also impressed they sent a follow-up e-mail after purchase to make sure I was happy with the order. I was so happy I ordered even more. I really liked this beef one. Not an overbearing flavor and hits the spot. Recommend vendor highly. Thank-you.

We have an adult son who can't eat grains, yet he's disciplined and conscientious about eating healthy, well-balanced, and clean. We all avoid GMOs, pesticides, sugar, etc. When he goes fishing he can't take sandwiches like his dad, so I looked for something else to send along with fruit and other snacks, to stave off hunger on their all-day excursions. 100% grass fed, no sugar, no gluten, soy, etc... these are perfect for our need, and taste really good. The price isn't bad, either, especially for the quality. Very happy we found this product!
