I suffer from horrific migraines and As anyone knows it gets them, it’s debilitating and miserable. I have always used ice packs of all sizes and varieties to help, but it’s always a pain to keep it balanced on my head or hold it to the area that hurts the most. So when I saw this hats I had to have it. I’m happy to say that it fits like a glove and although it’s tight, it’s not too tight. It is extremely cold right out of the freezer but if you could get through that initial shock, it does bring Great relief. Unfortunately, when you take it off, the migraine is still there, but if there was a way for it to stay on longer, you may be able to knock it out faster. That’s why I just ordered my second hat so I could have them on rotation for my next migraine. This is not a miracle in a hat, But it does bring temporary relief and is the best way to hold something extremely cold for an extended period of time to your head. There’s something about having your entire head covered by a fitted ice pack that is a unique way of bringing relief. I think this is a great little invention and recommend it to anyone who also suffers from migraines. I also want to add that this product is very well-made. It feels heavy duty and durable and it would be hard to puncture or damage it. If you store it in the bag it comes with and put it in the freezer when you were not using it, it will last for quite some time from what I can tell.

I have purchased one of these for every member of our family. We get migraines and as soon as I feel one coming on I put this on. It evenly placed cool pressure all over my head and allows my facial muscles to relax. My husband puts his in a zip lock bag in the fridge. I keep mine in my side table and it stays pretty cool. Buy this. The price is great and the function is amazing. So worth keeping on hand at all times!

Better buy multiple, kids fight over it. Great quality, design, pain relief, durability, works well.

I bought this a year ago and love it . I use it for everything. I just had a tooth pulled yesterday and fold it and hold it on jaw . I have used it on my knee for torn ligament . It doesn’t stay really cold too long but that can be a good thing. If you are trying to go to sleep you couldn’t stand out that cold for a long period of time. Well worth the money.

Very good quality, and after the initial jarring coldness out of the freezer, it can be very comfortable. Easily adjustable to any headsize, though the cold has a short duration for the time it spends in the freezer. Works very well!

I get frequent headaches and occasionally debilitating migraines and this cap is perfect! I don't usually put it in the freezer because it is so cool all the time. It provides the perfect pressure to one's exploding (seeming) head. Comfy enough I've fallen asleep in mine a number of times. I recommend this to anyone who has headaches.

Must have! Whenever I have migraines I have this and my other 2 on rotation. Make sure you keep in a bag to avoid freezer smell but other than that it’s comfy and stretchy so it doesn’t feel tight on your head. As for my migraines this gives me pain relief and I hope it can help others. Very easy to use throw in freezer and get it later lol.
