A friend of mine had one of these and couldn’t stop raving about it, so I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment it arrived, I was impressed by the build quality. It’s sturdy, well-made, and feels like it will last a long time with regular use.I primarily got it to help with the knots and tension in my upper and mid-back, which I usually rely on my chiropractor to work out. But using this at home has genuinely made a noticeable difference. Within just a few minutes of use, I can feel the tightness begin to release, and it provides a deep, targeted pressure that’s hard to replicate with other self-massage tools.It’s now part of my daily routine — especially after long workdays or workouts. What I love most is that it saves me frequent (and expensive) trips to the chiropractor. It’s also super convenient since I can use it anytime I need relief, without having to book an appointment or leave the house.If you deal with back tension, knots, or general muscle tightness, I highly recommend giving this a try. This thing is absolutely amazing. The amount of cracks it's able to get out of my back without hurting after is incredible. I always feel super refreshed after using it. I love the two different sides. It's also great quality.

Works great. Only 4 stars because it is slightly larger than advertised. I bought this to replace my Chirp brand 6inch wheel, which broke outside of the warranty window. This product was advertised as 6in, but is about 7inch.

I've had every Chirp wheel made but these release more along the spine than any of the Chirp wheels do. Great set!

These are great to relieve a sore back and help while exercising with resistance training. I use them so much! A necessity to have!

It doesn't provide spine path all the way around. You could hurt your back with this.

While I still love and use my (flat foam covered) Chirp wheels, I can definitely say that the knobs on these Fit Beast wheels get right into knotted back and neck muscles for relief, and they are *outstanding* at putting my ribs back into place. They are definitely worth the money for me!
