Be sure on the size you need!
After getting the recommended panel I first ordered it was for a 5” opening. There are two standard sizes for door and window openings, 5 and 5.9. This unit work for the 5.9! It would be nice to have something to stabilize the panel at the top and bottom.

Worked perfectly for our inherited AC unit!
We inherited a unit that was missing some pieces and this worked perfectly! It was a bit challenging to find something that's 5.1" and has all of the necessary pieces, but this fits the bill! It was super easy to install!

Helped me stay cool.
I was so pleased to have found this portable air conditioner window install kit at a reasonable price. My original window kit got damaged during a move and I was able to find this replacement due to the excellent description of which units it worked with. It was reasonably priced and arrived professionally packaged and on time. Bring on the summer heat.

Original was missing, making AC difficult to use. This was just what was needed to bring it up to snuff

Super easy
super easy to install. Its a little flimsy and bends easily under pressure. Does the job though just as long as the track for your window is not super wide.

Works well so far!
It works as described, and we even had to make a small modification due to the size of our ac unit's hose. It's nice that it includes the "seal tape" as well!

Thank God I had Grandfather that Tinkered
Where do I start? It had no directions on how to set it up. The air outtake vent wasn't able to be utilised properly. I had to Frankenstein the vent instead. The only positive is 2 extra screws were included.It's a great concept, but lousy follow through by the company.

A great multifit kit.
I needed something to replace a misplaced set. I went to home depot etc a d no one had anything like this. It came pretty quickly a d fit well. I did need to use a few of my own supplies like extra tape but I had it on hand so no problem.

Received with Part Missing
The product was missing a part that the instruction leaflet called the "oval-mouth" adapter. It's used to connect my existing exhaust hose to the panel in the doorway. The box included an empty bag that was probably supposed to contain that part.Rather than trying to deal with the company and wait a few more days for delivery, I managed to jury-rig a solution. I hope that I didn't damage the exhaust hose in the process.Overall, the product works, but the seal around the doorway isn't great, which is understandable considering the variations that there must be between patio doors.The company may need better quality and shipping controls. Unfortunately, my customer experience was not great.

Un peu déçu
Pour monter les pièces ça va bien mais je suis déçu car ça disait que on pouvais s'adapter à toute les air climatiser on a due s'ajuster car la sorti est beaucoup plus grande puis ion à fini par l'installer puis c'est parfait
