These are much sturdier than the previous silicone baking mat we had before. Sizing fits a standard baking sheet. They clean up easy and are a nice reusable alternative than wasting foil every time I want to roast some vegetables or potatoes. And these are a good price for a 2-pack. Would highly recommend.

Yoooo, I can't believe I ordered these in 2019!I used them almost everyday.They are great! They keep worksurfaces cleaner, anchor slide-y cutting boards, and yes are great for baking.They Also are good for freezing things individually and peeling them off later (like homemade fruit roll ups, or chocolate swirls, or even bacon in separated individual strips)I have my kids use them as microwave liners. and the bigger ones make great placemats.My favorite use is to knead breads; I can just flour and fold, never getting my hands dirty while making those flaky layers!and I've probably saved so much moolah over the YEARS I've gotten utility out of these because I use Much less aluminum foil, parchment for baking and lets soap, sponges and hotwater soaking and scraping burnt crust out of casserole dishes or cookie trays.

Easy to wash after use.

wowowow. I had never baked with a silicon mat before. cookies didn't stick to it, dough didn't stick to it, I had to use way less flour when working with dough than normal.the only thing is that I was using knives to cut dough (and to trim just baked gingerbread down to the correct size after it spread in the oven) and I noticed after a month of decent use that some of the silicon is punctured or sliced from the knives. I don't really know how I could have done the things I needed to do without that outcome; transferring the hot gingerbread off the mat before slicing would have resulted in breakage, and they would have cooled too quickly to do the finicky cutting that I needed. I did get the cheaper mats on here. I should note that even with the punctures, there was no ripping or tearing, and no little bits of dough stuck into the holes, so I'm still using them as normal.
