What to say, mixed reviews, item arriving rolled up, first impressions were of concern. But, this has made sleep so much more comfortable, combined with a support strap over the neck part of the strap I am in much more comfort. I could always sleep in any position with the mask but light sleep, I would wake and move frequently and usally wake up with numb arms or a stiff back. This pillow has erased all of that, I am now tracking much more balanced sleep, a natural flow between REM, light and deep sleep consistently. I went for the standard white one, I think I will buy another to be honest.

Best pillow ever

I was very sceptical of this as I am very particular about pillows combined with the fact that I have had a lot of problems with the CPAP mask moving when I sleep on my side. However, I was surprised at both how good this is and how comfortable it is. Makes side sleeping possible and it's also a really comfortable pillow. The only negative I have is that they don't sell spare pillow cases for it.

This pillow has made a huge difference to my husband. The mask now sits perfectly in the cut out part of the pillow , he is able to turn comfortably and the mask seal no longer breaks. Thoroughly recommend this we actually ordered a second one to give to sister in law to use we were so impressed.

Found out I had sleep apnea but couldn't stop the mask from pushing of in the night, I love snuggling my pillows so i thought I wouldn't get on with this pillow but its great, you can turn over in the night and the dips stop the mask pushing away, nice and cool against the skin, no funny smell, firm but soft at the same time would highly recommend.

As a side sleeper using a CPAP machine, I have to say that this pillow. genuinely changed things for me. Before this, I was constantly fighting my old pillow and mask leakage, and neck pain were the norm. This pillow's design is genius. It’s has supportive memory foam, and the cutouts for the CPAP mask are what make the difference, they have completely eliminated air leakage and pressure issues. I have sleep improvement, and have gone from waking up multiple times at night (and struggling with my mask) to sleeping a solid 6 or 7 hours. I am now waking up feeling rested. ​It has also helped with my panic attacks, lying down used to trigger my anxiety, but this pillow provides a feeling that it seems to calm my nervous system right down. The instances of nighttime panic have dropped dramatically since I started using it. This has drastically improved my CPAP experience, and my health, and my rest routine. If you're a side sleeper using CPAP and struggling with anxiety, I think you will find this worth every single penny.

Ordered the upgraded item but disapointed as it is not as big or thick as the original grey one I purchased. Yes there is a smoother pillowcase but the the base item is nowhere near as good a quality as the original.

This is a fantastic pillow for CPAP machine users. The indented 'Cs' on each side of the pillow accommodate the mask and the tubing. The pillow is memory foam which supports your face whichever side you end up on and prevents mask indentations in your face. Great for side-sleepers! The spinal alignment is wonderful if like me, you suffer with spondylitis of the neck. Use this pillow on its own to get the full benefit. Do you make replacement covers? I would be happy to buy one.

Depuis que j'utilise cet oreiller, mon masque nasal se déplace moins et je suis donc moins souvent réveillée. Je trouve qu'il maintient bien la nuque et les cervicales. Il est livré avec sa housse en tissu recouverte d'une housse en papier jetable qui permet de tester l'oreiller. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

Oreiller très efficace. Le fait qu'il soit plat et que la tête ne soit pas surélevée réduit les ronflements et l'apnée. Les "décrochages" sur les côtés facilitent le port d'un masque respiratoire surtout pour le passage du tuyau. Après 2ans d'utilisation il a gardé sa tenue et reste très confortable. Il faut quelques jours pour s'habituer à ce que la tête soit plus basse qu'avec un oreiller traditionnel. La housse s'enlève facilement et permet des lavages réguliers.

Scrivo questa recensione a distanza di qualche mese dall'acquisto. Ammetto che all'inizio ero un po' scettica, visto il prezzo non proprio economico. Leggendo le recensioni però mi sono convinta. Utilizzo da pochi mesi la CPAP ed effettivamente con il mio vecchio cuscino era fastidioso dormire (sia di fianco che supina). Dopo aver acquistato questo cuscino è cambiato tutto; dormo nella posizione che preferisco, non ho più dolori cervicali, la maschera rimane ferma tutta la notte. Insomma è stato un acquisto fondamentale per ottenere il cambiamento nel dormire che desideravo. Il cuscino arriva sottovuoto e arrotolato, pertanto prima di poterlo utilizzare bisogna attendere che riprenda la sua forma normale. Basterà lasciarlo per almeno 24h su una superficie piana. Consiglio: essendo basso potrebbe essere necessario acquistare un ulteriore cuscino basso in modo da raggiungere l'altezza ottimale per riuscire a dormire serenamente e senza problemi per collo o spalle. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti i possessori di CPAP.

L’esperienza del sonno è estremamente personale, quindi giudicare un cuscino può essere in parte fuorviante: ciò che funziona per me potrebbe non essere adatto ad altri. Detto questo, l’ingegnerizzazione di questo cuscino mi fa pensare a uno studio attento e ben riuscito. L’altezza è piuttosto generosa e, almeno inizialmente, potrebbe causare un lieve fastidio cervicale; tuttavia l’obiettivo principale del prodotto è chiaro: favorire il sonno laterale affinché la CPAP possa svolgere correttamente il suo compito. In questo senso, il cuscino è davvero efficace. La maschera trova facilmente spazio in uno dei due incavi laterali appositamente studiati, riducendo pressioni e spostamenti durante la notte. Utilizzavo già un cuscino in gommapiuma con intagli simili, ma devo ammettere che questo modello in memory foam mi sta aiutando molto di più, sia in termini di comfort sia di stabilità della posizione durante il sonno. Nel complesso, un prodotto ben progettato e particolarmente indicato per chi utilizza la CPAP e dorme prevalentemente su un fianco.
