Size is very versatile, for hanging plants and kitchen pots.

I used them to hang Christmas stockings this year, and they were quite useful, minimalist, and well made. The package came with several sizes, so I chose the size I needed, and only used those. But I would imagine they all will have a use some day. I think they would work well with hanging plants, too, though I'm not sure up to what weight. And they were cleanly finished, without any burrs to snag. All in all, I'm glad I bought them.

I am using these all over the house - in my closet with the rack to hang my purses. In the pantry to hang stuff on the shelving I have. Note they are not a very wide S hook. They do hold up well and don't bend which works for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I ordered 2 of the 3 bar foldout brackets with the crystal ball on it to hang my necklaces on! These were great for hanging the necklaces on the bars. I had to have my hubby bend one side closed a bit more so they’d be secured when I remove the necklaces. It’s WONDERFUL to be able to look thru all & hold clothes up to pick out the perfect matching pieces♥️LOVE IT ‼️

Was hoping to use in closet but they were way too small.
