## Description

desertcart.com : Vantrue 40mm Ultra-Slim CPL Circular Polarizer Filter for Dash Cam | Fits N4 Pro S, N5S, N4S, S1 Pro(MAX), N2X, E2, E1 Lite dash cams, Reduce Glare and Reflection, Enhance Contrast : Electronics

Review: High quality filter - This filter significantly reduces glare and reflections, enhancing the clarity and color saturation of my dash cam footage. Perfect for capturing clear views through the windshield. The ultra slim design fits my Vantrue Nexus 2x seamlessly without causing vignetting. Regarding the one star reviews mentioning image degradation and rainbows, I suspect these issues stem from not removing the protective plastic film on both sides of the filter. It’s easy to miss but crucial for optimal performance. Tip: Before use, carefully peel off the thin plastic film on both sides. Check under good light if unsure, to avoid any image issues. It took a bit of trial and error to get the rotation just right for maximum glare reduction, but once I did, the results were impressive. Overall, this filter is a great value and a must-have accessory for any dash cam user looking to improve their video quality. It won’t eliminate all reflections (e.g., from metal or in poor lighting), which might disappoint those with unrealistic expectations.
Review: A lil pricey but worth it. - Screws onto the dashcam, perfect fit and finish, and you can just see the results for yourself, makes a huge difference with visibility through glass and overall image quality.

**Q: are you supposed to twist it to adjust once it's screwed on? I noticed 2 notches in the lens.**
A: Once tightened by hand, it can be rotated 360°. Clockwise is best as you look at the front of the cam. As ccw can unscrew the filter.

**Q: Why is there no filter for the N4?**
A: Dear customer,
Many thanks for your asking.
The lens diameter of this CPL is not fit for N4 dash cam. And the circular polarizer filter is our new design accessory products for E series and the latest N4 Pro dash cam.
If more question, please contact us via support@vantrue.net.
Thank you!
