Good customer service
The hose popped a leak after a few days past the return date. I Only used it three times! But after contacting the seller, who was so helpful, they couldn't have done more to solve the problem and received a refund promptly without any hastle. I have been reading other reviews and I think I was just unlucky. I have since re purchased the same hose again, thank you for your great customer service, help and kindness

Good Hose
Great length. Appears to be strong. I have to admit I'm treating it with care. Trying not to drag it over paving as I think it's not as hard wearing as a rubber 1.

They resolved my issue
I previously gave a poor review after my hose sprung a leak. However I have changed my review as they swiftly dealt with my complaint and I’m happy with the outcome. I’ll happily shop with them again.

How long will it last.
Previous hoses of this type have burst. The outer cover has frayed and the inner then bubbled out and burst.I shall keep a close eye on this one. First impressions are good, but again it will be about material,

I order this product as a replacement, it does the job I need it to, I have had no issues with it,

Not as easy to fold and store as i had thought it wound be but does the job

Compact when stored.
It took a moment to get used to the expanding nature of this hose. In its compact storage form it looks a little inadequate for the job, but once the line is charged it turns into a fantastic kink free 100 feet of easily manoeuvrable hose line. When finished and the line is empty, the hose recompresses for easy storage on the provided hose hook. So simple, but it saves the dreaded kinking hoses that drive one mad. I ressisted buying one for years. Don't know why, it is great.

Works well but lasted only 2.5 months, proactive seller
Worked well till it didn't, developed a pretty bad leak after about 2.5 months. Only used once a day every 2-3 days.Update- The seller contacted and offered a full refund along with an apology. Therefore upgrading my rating to a 4.
