It is not a Shampoo, it's a dishwashING liquid. However, several years ago the Surgeon General of the Navy said/wrote that it is good to clean/soak dentures in it. I don't wear dentures, if I did I would try it. However I would rinse them good before I put them in my mouth.

Q: Why does my bottle say 2x grease cleaning power, but the picture and description states shows 3x?

The 5th photo & the description shows 2X. I doubled check myself and noticed this. Talk about false advertising by showing the 3X bottles. It's messed up!

Q: What is the difference in the packaging if you buy the "open box" product?

I'd be careful. It's probably diluted with other cheaper products or something. There's a reason it's cheaper, I can assure you of that.
