Easiest way to improve your sparing and boxing training.
If you think ohhhh I can do a pound in each hand, no problem!! Well, I said the same and after 3 minutes I was like wow I’m feeling some burn and at 5 minutes I was like holy mother of Jesus.. I got to 10 minutes and was spent!!! And this was with 1 pound weights! My goal is 30 min, and eventually I’ll get the 2 and 3 pounders. Overall, excellent training tool, easy to transport and they are comfortable!

Great for Shadow Boxing
When it comes to shadow boxing this is a 100 times better than weights or wrist weights, in doesn't feel uncomfortable and you don't feel a pull.2 Things1.- I thought it was 2 lbs each and not combine. That one is on me.2- I wonder how the plastic wrap will do on the long run. So I will update as soon as it falls appart

Love my egg weights have made them a regular rotation in my workout! Wish they were cheaper but definitely worth it in developing those fast twitch muscles
