After spending over $50 on various wrenches trying to tighten hot water handle. I finally found this tool. I tried everything from basin to adjustable sink wrenches, nothing seemed to fit this incredibly tight space. Waa a little apprehensive about the price but was at wits end and was considering hiring a plumber just to deal with this. It took me 10 minutes to tighten this nut after dealing with this situation for 2 weeks. Tool feels solid and says it has life time guarantee. Not sure what else I can use this for but if I ever have a tight space situation at least I have this option.

All in all it’s a good tool I just thought I would use it more. It doesn’t really fit up under sink but the shape of the handle is handy at times. It doesn’t fit inside of the pipe as well as I Thought it would but the inside Jaws really well. I like how it gets really big but yet you can handle smaller pipe as well. All in all good buy.

The gripping jaws of these pliers are permanently fixed at 45 degrees. (The straight-on picture gives the incorrect impression that the jaws rotate to make the jaws flat with the handle.) Delivering torque outside the plane of rotation results in loss of control and loss of torque. These pliers should be used only for those rare situations where the torque cannot be delivered in the plane of rotation.

Handy tool and thought it seemed well made but just broke yesterday, only my second time using it (was removing an oil filter and the metal on one side broke. Was very surprised to have it happen especially under such little force for what I feel is a fairly higher priced tool.

Had an issue with one of the products and customer service was in touch within minutes of submitting my request fro assistance. These pliers are durable, reliable and easy to use. I've purchased over 9 pairs and counting.

I got this suppose great new tool for one heck of a lot of money just before I moved both my brother tried to use several times and it fit nothing it is cumbersome and hard to move specially in tight spaces my brother said I got ripped off I finally gave up i cant believe i bought this junk well it's the first product that was absolutely worthless I should returned it back when I got it. By the way if you have -stars that is the rating I would have given it.

Love these tools gave them to several family members nice and heavy product.
