Great product
Since my wife does not eat breakfast, I make a fresh glass of alpiste milk every morning for her. She drinks the milk, and and some fiber from the seeds, and I take the rest of it .Nothing goes to waste. Great for human consumption

Takes some getting used to
It takes some getting used to making the Canary Milk and drinking something that is somewhat gritty. Will try filtering through cheesecloth

This product has its secrets to health, it is required to research and follow guidelines.i been taking the product and i feel great!!I do recommend the purchasewhat i did not like i found little rock pebbles in the seed and if you can see you will probably have rocks in your medicine. SO BE CAREFULL!!!The seller needs to warn about this to the buyers!

I use this Alpiste because some friend told me to used for my health. I realize that is good, I positive recommended this product is for people with high pressure, diabetics, bad blood circulation, to fix the metabolism, I try to buy it in another store but it was to expensive for a little .

Low quality
The bag was not vacumed, some shells, low quality. I had to clean and use them for my birds but, I am not happy
