**Q: How does this compare to krill oil in terms of absorption rate?**
A: Hi,

Krill Oil has a higher absorption rate compared to fish oil, it is generally believed to be above 70%. So not as high as Free Fatty Acid form omega 3. But a big difference between Krill Oil and SoActive Omega 3 is the omega 3 content. The leading krill oils provide 100 mg of omega 3 (EPA & DHA) where as SoActive Omega 3 provides 500 mg omega 3 (EPA & DHA).
