Appeared new with used parts
The tool looked brand new besides the grime packed in the speed adjustment and worn (slick) appearance. I dug some of it out and will probably use a brush to get the rest out. I don't know if it was refurbished or a new tool constructed with used parts. All the pieces were in the box from what I could tell. I installed the air fitting, adjusted the cut depth, added a little Lucas air tool oil, and gave it a go. I don't know what to expect for the cut appearance on a tool like this. It was a little choppy and making repeated passes or slow and fast passes didn't seem to change much. I will have to further experiment with it. Or maybe it's just to knock the burrs off with no need for visual appeal. It is loud and throws chips, please use ear and eye protection! You can rotate the exhaust port so it's not blowing right at you. All in all it's a decently constructed tool and you can get in areas where you can't get an angle grinder. I don't think it's a necessity but it is sure nice to have in fabrication and general metal prep.

Very useful! gets quite hot though
I love this little tool, but It gets very hot, so i'm not sure it will last. Also if anyone knows the insert number for these that would be helpful

I was skeptical
Like the title said…. I bought it off of an instagram reel I saw. I didn’t know I needed it until I used it. Once I figured out how to really use it, I really like it. Hopefully it lasts!

After years of using a file to debur or chamfer edges. This is a game changer. Works great on carbon steel and stainless steel. Aluminum builds up with out lubricant. Boelube paste works great!

Garbage
Catastrophic failure after just a couple of holes. Blade broke and sheared off the screw that held it on. Bearing also broke but the screw holding that in place stripped instead of coming out so it could be replaced. Overall disaster of a tool.
